Unfortunately, much of what they did traded art for commerce, and this live album, released when they were arguably at the peak of their popularity, was the nadir of their entire output. They were good enough to go down in history as one of the great bands of the '80s, in the stratosphere of U2, Depeche Mode, or Duran Duran pure stadium-pleasing pop music, but with a little more rock credibility. God bless INXS but, boy, did they make a lot of mistakes. Parts of this album were recorded with Q sound.Ĭatalog number appears without the leading '7' on the disc itself.
